César Pérez Barnés is a seasoned investor and advisor with 30+ years of experience across Latin America, Europe, and the US. Until 2022, he served as Partner and Head of SCG’s Mexico office, a PE firm managing $3.5B across five funds, focusing on Latin American companies’ growth. Previously, he held key roles at Advent International and Netjuice Capital, contributing to Kelkoo’s €475M acquisition by Yahoo. Cesar began at McKinsey & Co, advising globally on strategy and operations. He co-founded Endeavor Mexico, an NGO promoting high-impact entrepreneurship. He holds an MBA and M.S. in Engineering from MIT and a Chemical Engineering degree from UNAM.
