Oriana is from Colombia. Her bachelor’s degree is in Chemical engineering at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. In her last semesters Oriana developed a strong interest in biotechnology, so she further did her master’s degree in Biochemical Sciences at the Instituto de Biotecnología (Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México). Thereafter she has been working for biopharmaceutical companies in areas such as development, technology transfer and production of products for human and veterinary use.
