Renata Fonseca de Andrade is a lawyer in Brazil and the United States. She works as Compliance Officer and Data Privacy Officer for Brazil at Willis Towers Watson. Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Law, LLM-MLI USA (2006). Bachelor of Law and Social Sciences from the Mackenzie University Law School (1989) and specialization in Government by the School of Government, prof. Fábio Konder Comparato (2000). She is the president of Anti-Corruption and Compliance Committee of OAB / SP Pinheiros. Member of the American Bar Association International Law Section serves on the committees of Anti-Corruption and Public Tenders. Renata is a specialist in Anti-Corruption and Compliance. She teaches LL.M courses at FVG-Rio, UNIFOR, Damasio and she also teach in classes and certifications of Compliance of LEC and IARC. Ms Andrade is the author of publications and books such: “Manual de Compliance” IARC, 2017; “Do Combate à Improbidade Administrativa”, Ed. Aufiero, 2018; “Governança, Compliance e Cidadania”, Ed.
