Project Director
Graduated in Communication Sciences with emphasis in marketing from the “Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León”. He is studying for a Master’s in Public Administration and Public Policy at the School of Government and Public Transformation of the Tecnológico de Monterrey.
He began his professional career at Ciudadanos en Apoyo a los Derechos Humanos A.C. (CADHAC), where he contributed to institutional relations, media analysis and communication for the promotion and defense of human rights.
From 2014 to 2021, he worked in various consultancies as an advisor on public affairs and political communication for public institutions and highly regulated economic sectors.
In April 2021, he was appointed Executive Director of Health Promotion at COFEPRIS, a space from where he designed the New Linkage Strategy with the Regulated Industry and the creation of the Innovation and Training Center.
Since January 2023, he has been Commissioner of Health Promotion with the purpose of designing and implementing regulatory certainty strategies for the productive sectors supervised by COFEPRIS. Currently, Project Director at Policy Wisdom, supporting governments, civil society organizations, and private sector in aligning health priorities with business and innovation goals. Leading the creation of strategic policy narratives, consensus statements, and engagement platforms to position health issues on government agendas and drive systemic impact.
