Mafalda Hurtado MD MBA was born in Lima Peru and moved to Mexico in 1994. She received the degree of Surgeon Physician at University Autonoma of Guadalajara (UAG) with post degree in Metabolism & Nutrition at Iberoamericana University with training program at Harvard MS Boston EEUU. Since 2007, Mafalda has been responsible for multiple roles at the pharmaceutical industry as Medical Executive Director and the latest leading positions as Country Commercial BUD for top innovative companies as AstraZeneca, MSD, Roche and Merck Serono. During her professional career with multiple leadership roles she complete a background focused in medical affairs, commercial and market access giving her a complete vision and experience on the current environment of science innovation, biosimilars and access for patient benefit. Mafalda received her bachelor on Pharmaceutical Marketing at ITESM Mexico and recently a Master of Business Administration MBA for Top Managers (Medex) at Ipade Business School Mexico.
