Flávio is naming partner at Kestener Vieira Torronteguy Spegiorin Advogados, who advises national and international clients on Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Life Sciences, Agrisciences, Consumer Law and Product Liability. Flávio has experience in these practice areas, solid engagement in complex and challenging cases in several areas of Business Law, and his practice in particular covers companies in the pharmaceutical, food, agricultural, cosmetic, medical device, retail (including e-commerce) and technology sectors, among others. Flávio graduated with a degree in Law at UNESP, completed a partnership program in France (Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3) as part of his master’s degree at USP (the University of Sao Paulo Law School), holds a Master of Laws from the University of São Paulo, and is currently enrolled in a PhD program at USP.
