Dr. Cuitláhuac Ruiz Matus is a Surgeon and Obstetrician. He is also a Master of Public Administration from the National Institute of Public Administration. He has been an under and postgraduate teacher on the areas of Epidemiology, Maternal and Perinatal Health, and Public Health Policies. He has been Director of Maternal and Perinatal Health Care and Deputy Director General of Maternal and Perinatal Health at the National Center for Gender Equity and Reproductive Health, Director of Planning at the National Institute of Perinatology and General Director of Epidemiology.
