Compliance Director with 14 years of experience as in house counsel and compliance officer for highly regulated industries such as Biotech (Biogen), Pharmaceutical (Purdue) and Medical Devices (Carestream Health) and working experience in big four (PwC) and international law firm (Linklaters). Carolina begun her career as an M&A Lawyer and became an in house counsel focused on managing high performance teams and providing legal and compliance solutions for clients within the Latin American region. Carolina has a Law degree from University of São Paulo (USP), an LLM in corporate law from INSPER, she is a certified member of SCCE – Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics and a member of the LATAM Compliance Network.
