Sandro Freitas Oliveira, Graduated in Business Administration and Accounting. Professional experience of more than 8 years in the area of Governance, Risks and Compliance in PwC, leading teams and different projects to Risk Management, Internal Audit, Data Analytics and Review Compliance Procedures. Since 2016, I have worked in the leadership and development of a new GRC sector at Cristal Brazil, whose purpose is to continually evaluate and monitor business processes, define and monitor Compliance procedures, risk mapping, implementation of improvements for internal controls and audit testing, to structure ongoing improvements in the relationship process with investors and to meet the demands of the board of directors and audit committee.
