Graduated in Economic Sciences from the State University of Londrina (2005) and Master in Economic Development from the Federal University of Paraná (2008). Control Engineering and Automation at UNICURITIBA (2013,on going). He is currently chief economist and owner of Daemon Control, Decision and Innovation. He was Industrial Director of the Institute of Technology of Paraná (Tecpar) and also director of the Industrial and Innovation in Health Complex (DECIIS) in the Ministry of Health’s Secretariat of Science, Technology and Strategic Inputs (SCTIE). industrial policies based on innovation, economic development, health economics and collective health, intelligent control theory, artificial intelligence and international technological cooperation.
