Head of Country Pharmacovigilance

Rodrigo joined BMS in 2008 following a career as a Pharmacovigilance Associate II from 2008 to 2011, he was promoted to Senior Pharmacovigilance Associate, where the core activities he developed are to ensure compliance with local regulations related to adverse event reporting, contribute in the implementation and elaboration for the Risk Management Plans (RMP) and act as a liaison with the local peers in order to fulfill the Pharmacovigilance requirements. On October 2015, Rodrigo was promoted to Head of Country Pharmacovigilance for Mexico. On September, 2014 Rodrigo was appointed for a 4 months “tour of duty” in Global Medical Affairs Head Quarters in Princeton, New Jersey; supporting the World Wide Medical Specialty team, on initiatives of Global reach, such as Lifecycle Management, Disease Strategy and other projects (e.g. data gap analyses). Before joined to BMS team, Rodrigo worked as a Medical Associate in Advertising Agency, Health specialized from 2007 to 2008. Rodrigo actively participate as a member of the Pharmacovigilance Mexican Association (AMFV) and Mexican Association of Pharmaceutical Research Industries (AMIIF).
