Rodrigo Ruiz is Physician from La Salle University with a Specialty in Pharmaceutical Medicine from National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), with more than 15 years of experience within Pharmaceutical Industry and extensive proven knowledge in compliance with the Regulations on Pharmacovigilance, since 2008 worked in diverse positions within the Pharmacovigilance Unit at Bristol Myers Squibb Mexico, with deep knowledge and understanding regarding processes these includes but not limited to: submission of Adverse Events from various sources, preparation and submission of Periodic Safety Reports, construction and presentation of Risk Management Plans to obtain the Marketing Authorization Holder and a new therapeutic indication, among other diverse and varied activities, such as training, review of contracts with third parties, etcetera. Rodrigo has a Global master’s in business administration (Global MBA) joint degree with Monterrey TEC and Arizona State University (ASU), an experience that complements knowledge and academic preparation. Rodrigo was Product Manager of an Immuno-oncological product he was 100% responsible for the Commercial and Financial transition, as well as the generation of the entire commercial strategy for its relaunch and positioning in the market.
