Strategy and Business Executive Director
With nearly 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, such as Biomm, Amgen, Lilly and so on, Rafael currently serves as Director of Market Access, Strategic Alliances, Marketing and Sales at Biomm S.A., Brazil’s pioneering biopharmaceutical company. He leads multidisciplinary teams across public and private access, commercial strategies. Also focused on national initiatives in Productive Development Partnerships (PDPs) — a public policy focused on transferring technology and scaling domestic production of strategic medicines. In close collaboration with local private-public laboratories and global companies, he oversees projects such as the localization of insulins and other biologics essential to the public health system (SUS).
