Juliana has extensive experience in domestic and international administrative and court proceedings. Her practice is focused on government enforcement actions (including anticompetitive conduct investigations), internal corporate investigations, due diligence reviews and compliance counselling. Juliana is Newsletter officer of the anti-corruption committee of the International Bar Association (IBA), a member of the board of the Brazil-U.S. 40 and Under White Collar Lawyers and reviewer of the Brazilian Journal of Competition Law. She speaks Portuguese (native), English and French fluently.
Juliana holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from University of São Paulo (USP). She has a master’s degree (M2) from Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris, a master’s in Civil Procedure from USP and attended the Competition Program at the European University Institute in Florence, Italy.”
