First Secretary Juan David Moncaleano, is a 10-year career Diplomat in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Colombia with experience in global health and intellectual property of pharmaceuticals. Co-founder of Trubell SAS, a cosmetic contract manufacturing company (www.trubell.co). Professional in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the National University of Colombia. Master’s degree in Biotechnology from the National Tsing Hua University (Taiwan) and Magister in Analysis of Contemporary Political, Economic and International Issues from the Externado University and the University of Paris III. Prior to joining the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Moncaleano served as patent examiner in the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
