With 27 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in the areas of administration, sales, market access, and public policy, related to the Mexican healthcare system. A certified public accountant with a master’s degree in taxation and a doctorate in public administration, he has participated as a consultant in public procurement matters, co-author of the book “Public Procurement Forms,” and an academic in the areas of compliance, public policy, and public procurement. He is the Director of Public and Commercial Policy at Global Business Group and President of the Mexican Association for Institutional Distribution (ASMEDIS).
