Diana Rocío Bernal-Camargo. Senior professor and researcher of the Faculty of Law at Universidad del Rosario (Bogotá, Colombia). She has a Ph.D. in Bioethics and Biolaw – Unesco Chair and Rey Juan Carlos University. Diana’s research focuses on bioethics, biolaw, human rights, health and access to medicines. She is currently co-director of the Medical Law Specialization at the Faculty of Law – Universidad del Rosario. Diana is a member of the National Bioethics Council in Colombia and a consultant for law firms in Bogotá.
