Latam Compliance Lead
Bartolomé Cordero is a graduate of Universidad de Buenos Aires in Law with specialization in Corporate law; he has an MBA performed in Materia Biz specially designed for IBM Company, and a postgraduate in IT Law at the University of Buenos Aires. Bartolomé has more than 20 years of broad experience in renowned law firms and multinational companies such as IBM, Novartis (Sandoz), Blanver Brazil, and Biogen, acting as Legal and Compliance Director for Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia, and in all Latin America. In Sandoz he performed the startup of both the compliance and the business development departments and the main impact was to co-lead the full transformation of the company. In Blanver he was in charge of the Business Development department for the Latam territory. Currently in Biogen is acting as Latam Compliance Lead. The experience in such areas, business, Legal and Compliance gave him a broad view of the organizations and a balanced approach when working in cultural change and in transforming the organizations, with a very positive impact.
