She is currently a scientific consultant and president of the board of directors of the Vedas Research and Innovation Corporation, Co-Founder of the Ibero-American Network of Flow Cytometry and emerging leader of the International Society for the Advancement of Cytometry (ISAC). She has more than 10 years of experience leading scientific and technical work teams in the academic field and services in shared resource laboratories (Core facilities). Experience in business development, implementation and maintenance of Quality Management Systems according to institutional objectives, positioning of products and services. Organization of academic / scientific events and workshops and multidisciplinary training programs with national and international teams. Experience in administrative management and as process manager.
