Corporate Affairs and Public Relations Director for Latin America
Adriana is a strategic corporate affairs leader with more than 25 years of experience, committed to driving organizations that transform health and well-being across Latin America. She joined Apotex as Director of Corporate Affairs for Apotex in the region in April, to lead the company’s institutional relations with key stakeholders, including governments, embassies, business chambers, media outlets, and civil society organizations. She also oversees internal communications initiatives aimed at strengthening employee belonging and maximizing engagement across Apotex.
Her career spans 15 years in the global pharmaceutical industry, complemented by a strong foundation in journalism, including a decade of experience as a correspondent in print media, news agencies, and television in Mexico and the United States. She has been recognized for implementing best-in-class communication practices, building bridges with civil society, and designing strategies that position organizations as agents of change. Adriana holds a master’s degree in political journalism and complements her academic background with studies in gender equity and is an active advocate for inclusive and diverse spaces.
